Mutual uncrossability of polymer chains and low compressibility of polymer melts give rise to dynamical correlations between polymer segments of different chains, separated by distances much larger than typical sizes of macromolecules. Due to this the terminal relaxation time $\tau _1 \propto N^{13/4} $ and self-diffusion coefficient $D \propto N^{ - 9/4} $ have the strong molecular-mass dependencies
